Hi,
I'm sorry that I haven't up loaded the next chapter of Doctor We Have an Emergency. I've been properly slammed recently with school work and now I'm making typos every other word because my finger is in a splint...Grrr. I will try to type it up though, now that I have a bit of a lul in accel math and honors lit (AP World is still chucking it out pretty rough).
Anyway on a happier note I caught a flyball in softball without a glove (hence splint) and got an out, it would have been a double play, but the person I threw to fumbled a bit. :( (This is definetly why I should stick to libraries.)
ETA: Okay heres one of my first LJ rants a milestone really, I'm a bit irked at our vocab list for G-Resource. I want to actually learn words that I don't know, but they have words like "Innocuos," "Banal," and even "meager." I know that they want to give us words that will most likely be on the SAT or ACT, but a bit of a challenge would be greatly accepted. Georgia has dumbed down their education standards in an attempt to raise them and its just frustrating me to no end. (To put it this way, I took the ACT in seventh grade and statistically made high enough to get into an average college--not ivy league, but your general run-of-mill college. And not only in Math but in science, english, lit comprehension, and Social Studies (I didn't take the writing portion it was filled or something))
