Title: Time is Relative

Summary: Time was moving at it's slowest
The Doctor didn’t know how long it took for him to explain to Einstein the idea of time being relative and progressing at different speeds around the universe, but eventually, he had gotten through to him. And now, the Doctor was onto a new discovery, one that was much more complicated than physics.
Now, the Doctor was learning how time really progressed.
It meant that when you were with the one you loved, time passed more quickly than he could blink, but when they were gone…you live every second as if it were a year, hoping that in some turn of fate you might get one last fleeting second out of it.
Some one had once told him he might enjoy taking the slow path, but if this was what it was like…
