Writer's Block: Get in my belly

[Error: unknown template qotd]
My mom can cook almost anything you throw at her, so I guess she doesn't have a specialty dish. Plus, I've been eating school food all day so I am not picky. She fried up some Georgia Shrimp yesterday that was pretty good. (No ketchup though, down here that's like a crime)

When I write what do readers immediately look for?

I don't know. On Teaspoon I've uploaded 42 short stories, and there's no rhyme or reason to them. I don't even know how I managed that. English is NOT a strong point for me, my brain is for math, that's my love. I've been solving algebra problems from my Dad since I could count. (NEVER brag to your dad when you're little that you're good at math, because he will give you a problem that takes up a whole page and you'll be determined to finish it, and if you're seven it will take you half an hour, considering mistakes)

All the stories I write come from a dark scary abyss I call my brain...

Anyway, I'd love to hear about what y'all think of my writing, especially "Whippet Love" which now that I reread it is pretty corny and weird, but you know...
